I bought this at my local compounding pharmacy with no real expectation of what it would do, just a vague sense that draining my lymph areas would be good.

I tried it on the nodes in my neck first, applying only at night. In three days my face looked less puffy and the pouch’s spots at my collar bones had reduced.

I hauled out a lymph drainage chart and examined it closely. I noticed that the knee joint and hip joint areas were lymph collection points. For three years my left hip has given me excruciating pain whenever I stood up. My knees have ached since I burst the bursa sacks years ago in a fall on concrete.

That night I added slathers to my left hip and both pouch areas at my knees.

I used up that first jar. I thought I was cured. No, the pain edged back. I bought more lymph cream.

The pain stays knocked back with regular use. If I eat badly (like sugary or starchy which causes inflammation), the pain is a definite presence but not the crippling cringing agony that it was.

This cream keeps it knocked down entirely when I maintain the nightly ritual.

Be warned, though, after first application, you will fear you’ll slid out of bed because it is so creamy.

It’s hard to wash off your hands after application but…
